DWU e-CRM : manage your customer relationship
Retrieve all information about your customer even several months after
DWU e-CRM offers a set of collaborative tools in order to share information among users. Specific access rights can be defined for each tool by the administrator to different user groups. Those tools are :
- webmail (based on Squirrel Mail)
- calendar tool
- contact and project management
- task, notes, trouble tickets and document management linked or not to contacts and/or projects
- mailing lists management
- mailing tool for newsletters
You can easily find following items for a given project:
- list of contacts related to the project and their corresponding role (customer, consultant, partner, ...)
- list of tasks to be done or achieved
- list of notes
- list of documents (bids, meeting reports, work documents, ...)
- list of trouble tickets which are open or solved and the explanation of the solution.
DWU e-CRM is a well suited solution for :
